The rules are designed to keep you accountable, consistent, and most of all, force change.

Each rule is designed to focus on certain aspects of your life. LAB44 is a lifestyle challenge, that is guaranteed to fuel growth.

The first 5 of the 7 rules are standard for everyone and must be followed.

RULES 6 AND 7

These rules are to be created by you and customised to your lifestyle.

They should push you — and unlock the growth you’ve always wanted but never attained.

  • Prioritise 7 or more hours of quality sleep.

    No technology in the bedroom (this one will change your life)

    Maintain a consistent routine

  • Make it consistent

    1 hour no distractions

    No phone or social media

    Prepare for the day and meditate if required

  • Push the body

    Focus on functional training i.e. calisthenics.

    Can include walking, running, biking, swimming and stretching.

  • Prepare and plan before starting the challenge

    Deep and focused work (throw the fucking phone away)

    Get creative, it can be anything.

  • Fiction or Non-Fiction

    Broaden your reading list, try new genres.
