But for a long time, I struggled to channel that mindset into something meaningful. After facing roadblocks and setbacks, I realised many young men—myself included—weren’t lacking ideas, they were lacking structure, motivation, and momentum.

That’s when the first stage of the Forty Four brand was born: LAB44 — a lifestyle challenge for young men who want more. More discipline. More direction. More out of themselves. LAB44 became a space for those chasing big goals — whether it's launching a business or building their best physique. A community worth showing up for.
